Demonbuddy has stopped working. Sick of lack of support

Yes, firstly, NO ONE from dev helped me before and someone posted saying its 32bit windows issue, after installing windows 7 64bit professional the problem persists.
I have installed the 2 req addons and ran demonwizard and yet it STILL doesn't work
upon starting, it says demonbuddy has stopped working

error log shows nothing,

[10:32:27.471 N] ========== Grid segmentation resetting!!! ============
[10:32:28.690 N] Demonbuddy v1.0.952.222 started
 
You have a folder in your demonbuddy folder called "Logs" - find the proper file and upload it here for the clever ones to see

so DB stops after D3 window flashing?
 
in fact, even before i'm able to insert the product key it already stops working...very strange
 
and it crashes as well or just stops?
 
did you run the demonbuddy wizard as an administrator?
if you ran it without admin, you accomplished nothing :P
 
It crashes I would say.
It says stopped working and when I press ok, the program closes. D3 is completely unaffected
 
uninstall from your system net framework 4 and Visual C x86
restart your machine
run our wizard(as admin)
once done with the updates run windows updates and install the updates

let us know
