5.0.5 will mist likely be a bug fix/change Booleans to true patch so that the mop content is open.

IMHO the patch from 4 to 5 is much greater that from 5.0.3 to 5.0.5... Most of the changes still happened
It is like Cataclysm - HB went offline, after the pre patch and was not that long ofline, when Cataclysm was launched

I computer program for a living, and have made several custom classes and plugins for HB, so can make a few educated guesses here.

1. Don't expect all questing profiles to work. Have you noticed subtle changes in WoW's quest delivery system, and some big changes in the dungeons? Ragefire Chasm is totally different, Scholomance is totally different, I'm sure there's lots more. Those questing profiles took years to develop, don't expect them to run 'right out of the box.' I personally would rather have HB available but questing profiles not working, than not have HB at all until they're updated.

2. Grinding should work OK - not much in the world has changed.

3. ALL custom classes will need to be rewritten. I imagine Singular would have to be updated in order to release this Friday, otherwise nothing works at all. I bet we'll all be using the Singular until custom class writers update their products.

4. I bet gathering/mining/skinning will work OK, since that's the main reason many people use the bot.

5. I hazard no guess about battlegrounds/PVP - I don't play those, and don't know what all has changed (if anything).

very few of us pay irl money for playtime or even for the accounts them self, we buy the games/upgrades and play time with gold, the only real money expenditure we have is power, I for one is greatly covered from how much gold i sell every month to not have any issue with the little extra power consumption of having 1-2 computers running 4-8 bots..

Making software that only half the population can use that would have to be updated like the 32bit ver really is not cost affective. Plus there really is no reason to make a 64 bit version. 64bit is just how large data packets are sent threw your processor, if HB uses that much data we would have bigger issues. at the moment 64bit is just a fad, until the market fully takes hold of it there really is no reason to swap. If you didn't know a lot of the programs out there that say 64BIT technology basically means they added a file to trick a 64bit pc to run it a bit different. making it open 1/32 seconds faster.

Hiding it from guest wont matter. Blizzard surely has atleast one HB account.

Blizzard might see a spike in activity Friday, but there will be quite some non-botters in there as well who just happened to start playing again that day and some botters will have logged into their WoW account during bot downtime as well. Blizz won't be able to do anything useful with the info.
