Random wait time at the end of profile/finish(just like the integrate game wait time)

I know theres a random count until the profile starts, but I'm interested in code or a plugin that does a random count before exiting and restarting the profile to run again.

Is this possible, anybody have suggestions on code or have a link? Any starting point?
