I have figured out what causes the item skips.
It's Giles combat replacer.

When it blacklists desecrator , molten etc it basically blacklists the loot that will drop there too , if the bot by any chance goes over it again it will pick up because the blacklist timer ends.

Should really remove blacklist timer, I miss countless 63s and legendarys a day. Any way how?

my stats on both my act3 botting monks are :

1k loh
1.1k all res with time of need
30% crit +
30k dps with breath of heaven.
14% block
220% MF

And you have no real problems? What is dph? i'm gonna have to make a monk and scrap my barb if this is true

DPS varies sometimes 2 , 4 or 8 there has been once or twice that bot had 16 deaths but it was my fail because it was getting camped on WP by 2 packs and i didn't set it to logout after certain deaths.Generally it's around 4 DPH , but it really doesn't matter because it double checks for loot.

If any want to keep blacklisting stuff, you guys can alter timer for blacklisting
here is the line you need to adjust to suit your needs

is it 10 sec or 10 min right now ?

also what should be the value
