How do you deal with women?

I'll probably end up sorry for making this thread,but oh well.

Whether she was your mother/sister/some random person from school/or even a girlfriend,I imagine most of you have had stuff to do with them at one time or another.
I personally feel like opening my mouth means I automatically lose any argument and often something on top of that.Like my self-esteem or a good mood.

And then there are the truly charming,arrogant self-absorbed sort that would rather just play around with your patience all day long till you snap.And then people are disappointed because you struck a poor defenseless,innocent little soul like her.

And on top of all that,there are those that just want to be your friends no matter what.Whether it's because they know for a fact women never make good friends or they just want someone to praise them day after day after day...

I've had a lot of history with the opposite sex and the latest gem in my experiences with them is a girl that I really like and want to spend time with,but she's always busy with school.Or evading my questions.Or watching TV.And then the eternal speeches("I like you a lot,you're my best friend and I don't want to lose you"),always the same and yet always different.

If you've got a funny or sad or a remarkable in any other way story to share,feel free to do so. Passing on the knowledge of many decades(preferably 2+) is also welcome.
 
Women really aren't that tough to figure out. You, along with most other men, are generalizing that most women are a pain in the ass. The truth is, most PEOPLE are a pain in the ass. It's just that you are paying more attention to women, and finding fallacies left and right, which is to be expected.

From experience I can tell you that dealing with women doesn't always have to be tough. It can be rewarding beyond anything else you can do in your life. The tough part is finding the right woman. You'll never find her if you're looking too hard. You'll only end up going after the "wild girls" or the "cool chicks" or the unrealistic catches. There are women out there that try to make men like them so hard, that all traces of what makes them a good mate are completely erased. They are nothing more than a good friend.

I have been with my my girlfriend for 2 and a half years. She is my third girl. I am only 18, but I feel that I have seen enough of the bullshit floating around in high school to safely say that I know what is going on in.

Find someone who will love you unconditionally.
It doesn't have to be a romantic notion. Love is a state of mind and an agreement between two individuals. It's not just a feeling.

So like I said, women aren't tough to figure out, and just like all people in this world, you gotta do a little searching to find the good ones out there.

I know that feeling. With my wife, things aren't too bad. We get along great. My mom on the other hand is exactly like your first line. It seems like no matter how wrong she is, she's still right. There's just no winning...period. She also likes to what you mentioned in your second part. She purposely likes to test my patience whenever I go home to visit. Then when I finally can't take it anymore she goes and calls all her friends and makes herself look like the victim of a hate crime, like she had nothing to do with it. I think I've finally learned how to handle it though, and maybe even get back at her. I noticed if I just ignore her and act like nothing is wrong it ends up annoying her more than me. (WoW makes a good distraction tool to ignore the bickering)
 
haha ya, I've noticed the same thing with my mom and my grandmother. If I just react in a way completely contrary to how they expect me to I can reflect all the negative feelings they're trying to send at me =D
 
Gaze into her eyes. Smile. Look slowly down at your crotch. Back at her eyes. Broaden the smile. Give a thumbs up.

Guarenteed never to work every time :)
 
A few people have reported this thread, but I see nothing overly offensive or mean. Let's keep it that way.
 
Women such as myself are very easy to understand... just nod and smile when we talk....

Who would do that mate ? Why would they report a thread where a guy is asking for some help ? Post the names of the users that did that please.

They will never post who reported it, thats just opening the doors to a flame war.

Anyways to the op if your stuck in the "Friend Zone" your pretty much boned the only thing you might ever get from her is a hug when she's crying on your shoulder about her D-bag Boyfriend and how she really wants to find a nice sweet guy (Which is probably you). But of course she will most likely over look that fact.

Move on and remember these 2 rules.

1. Be nice to fat chicks.
2. Fat chicks have hot friends...True Story.
