Barricade kicking - treasure goblin portals treated as barricades

Is there some way we can provide an SNO blacklist to barricade kicking, or provide targets that are valid barricades or not, or is it all hard-coded?

DemonBuddy is currently trying to treat treasure goblin portals as barricades, which is causing some strange issues when chasing treasure goblins whenever they open a portal.
