How to disable attacking of non-flagged players?

Hello, i would like to disable targeting/attacking of non pvp flagged players (just "blue" opposing players) while leveling on the PvE realm. Bot takes them into a target and tries to attack (fail cuz pvp flag is turned off), then just folow them It's very annoying and botlike behavior
I'm using Honorbuddy 2.0.0.5965, standard kick's questing profiles, standard Singular CC, Autoequip2 and Talented plugins.

PS Were i can download documetation for the Styx library to fix some glitches by myself?

I've compressed log due to file's large size. Look at singular's behavior at the end of log.

Yep, but as i've seen, enemy player just standing near the quest givers and does nothing (he even not pvp flagged). I've turned off bot and uploaded log for support just at freeze moment. Maybe that glitch caused after i switched from mixed mode (Questing & BG) to Questing?

I think what you experienced here was Mixed Mde bot wasn't changing the bots correctly.
Looks like Bgbuddy was still active at that time, so he spotted that enemy player and tried to attack him.
Never happened to me but i can imagine it can happen.
Questbot and/or singular never target an enemy player, and i used them a lot.
