Skill/stat setup and Core + FoS (FragMan) setup

I was looking to optimize my gph, and here are my current stats:

31k hp
33k dps
8.5% crit
300%gf
35 pickup radius
0% MS
No LoH/Life Regen/Life steal %
400 all res/6k armor
0 ApoC

I've only got 10m to spend at the moment. What should I invest in? I was thinking either ApoC or MS (or ls% for efficiency), but I wanted to check with more experienced botters to see what you think is better.

Also, I am using:

Belphegor wiz routine with the following skills:
hydra
diamond skin
magic weapon
energy armor
piercing orb
arcane orn + wide range rune

Running FragMan's 1.2 core of arreat + fields of slaughter profile.
Ran one time, and it went to core, got to azmodan's door, and logged off.
Ran a second time, started at azmodan door checkpoint and worked its' way back (halfway) and got stuck.
Running the unedited script in hell.

These are my three concerns, with the third being the largest. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Also, using unstucker modified by fifidong, giles stash replacer, and giles object handler. I haven't seen unstucker work yet, and was wondering how reliable it is -- or if I should get a different one?

I wouldnt run that after all these people got banned using it. We need a longer gph profile which uses unsafedistance to change up the coordinates.

Damn it, it looks like I picked a bad time to spend the rest of my gold on a gf char and buy the bot. With the 30m I could have made a gfg ac2 farming monk.
