so spend your time on your profiles developing and let us know better how to handle support for our products

positive criticism and suggestions are always welcome

what we dont like is negativity...idk why some users thinking that they care/love our products more than we do

if someone likes a bug free bot and happy customers,its me first

my part is to moderate the forums and forward/filter the bugs/issues/problems to the dev team

but you must understand that some things need time

we are not robots but humans

anyways....


keep up your good work with the profiles
 
If Tony refers to your post in the support forum where you link to in the beginning of this thread then that's definitely not bitching. That's a prime example of positive criticism. You even give examples and a very thorough explenation. I wish our test centre would communicate on this level. So if that is the reason you are suspended then don't let it get to you. I appreciate your work on the profiles and I am sure many many more with me. Keep it up!

Naw he's referring to my posts in the crash related support threads. he deleted everything. I did nothing wrong, but yea i was bitching at the way crash thread have been handled. It's over now and I won't interfere in support issues.
 
Updated queen + sarkoth to add small pause before entering adria's hut. Also removed damp cellar from Inferno version.
 
Updated queen + sarkoth again refactored adria's hut part to make it more reliable.
 
Just curious, why did you remove damp cellar only from the inferno version (because I am using that one right now)? The only thing off about it was that it sometimes didn't click on the body in the middle, but using vault it doesn't matter beause your are in and out in a flash anyway.

Had another guy complaining that sometimes elites spawn there that were killing him.... should i add it back?

I run hell mode usually so i figured inferno might be tougher.

also i noticed the body thing. i double checked the id of the corpse when that happened (it can be one of 3) and it was correct. i adjusted the ranges on all three checks in my local copy. ill check that in tomorrow if it improves it. It could be a DB bug. but not certain yet.

in the mean time if you want it back just take any other difficulty's file and change the difficulty in the game params. Thats the only difference

Guys, you can remove it by rightclicking and editing in notebad, it isn't hard to do at all.
The script is well commented and you can find it easily.

I'm leveling my monk and had the same problem in hell (elite killing me), so i removed it manually :)

Well then if you tell me what to do you'd be a legend! I've had this problem for like a week now and demonbuddy staff just brushed it off saying they don't experience it themselves...comon....

Swolbyn's ZK profile. What do I change here?
 
Hi swolbyn, just wondering which of your current profiles if any are fixed for the non-restarting quest db bug?

Probably just the Queen+Sarkoth. and yeah it's a bit more complicated than just something i can tell you to do quickly that will work in them all. as every one is different.

I downloaded [SWOL] Act 1 - The Fallen Star - Wretched Queen Farming - Normal.xml (5.4 KB, 0 views) and it still just does the run once then when it restarts the game the exclamation mark will be above the girls head so it still doesn't seem to work for me :(
 
It's working for me..... ? You sure you got the right file loaded? It's the same as sarkoth in that yeah the bug will make it restart wrong. but it should keep trying until it works

Ah yes it does do that, just I had my game wait timer on a very high range so it didn't restart for ages as it was still waiting for the game timer before moving the character (it likes to start the game before the wait timer has been reached). Well it's working now :)

I don't understand how this bug could occur in the first place, I wonder what caused it lol

Problem is now that even though it fixes it (which we are all grateful for) it causes the games per hour to go high. Ah well !
