Reccomend a descent gaming rig for 6+ d3 instances.

Is anyone out there using mroe than 5-6 bots on a single pc ? Share ur spec brotha
I am currently running a 4gb ram and some athlon processor on my pc and while i can run 3 Diablo 3 instances without a problem it gets kinda slow for browsing and other applications while D3 is running. I have decided to get a new pc just for boting, but i really want to get the most of it. This will be for diablo and db only, should i be looking for quality in ram and processor ? Is graphic card important ? I need ur help dude

3570k, 32gb ram, 250gb ssd. running 5 at the moment. can run a lot more but don't have the sessions.

I've got a 6870, i5 3570k 8gb faster ram( can't remember timings) and I can run 6-7 @30 fps 32gb is nice but might be a bit overkill.

yea, probably is overkill with db but was running VMware and sarkoth before I found out about DB. served me well during the good old days doing 6VM/sarkoth.

i5 2500k sandy bridge OC to 4.2ghz on a stock fan
8gig ram
amd 6950 1gb vid card

i run 6 bots the cpu is 97% and the ram is also 90%+ the video card can handle more but my cpu and ram cant
everything is on the lowest settings with 30fps background and front
im sure i can run 2 more bots however it will spike out cause my cpu is already at 97% and once that happens my characters will prob die

I have the same setup. CPU runs stock or at 3.8. % is never over 90.
Change your max fps stuff bro.

Currently running 6 bots in separate VMs as i'm typing this at 30% CPU average, spikes to 47% and dips down to 18%. Running the VMs from a RAM drive (20GB is enough with linked clones).

my foreground is 30 and background is 30 too , wonder why it stays at 90% usage =(

i think all 4 cores are being used i dont use isboxer or vmware, i just copy and paste diablo3 folders and add the "-launch" command in the exe file
editing: yea i think all 4 cores are used i looked at my systems task bar and under cpu there are 4 monitors or graphs

AMD + VM + lags

I got Athlon X2 645 (4 cores) 20Gb DDR3, SSD120Gb, GTS 450 1Gb. So what can i tell you.
I got many clients in VM with different acc's, but i can use only 2 of them at once for botting cause they eat 95-100 % CPU. Though videcard is 30% load. Memory 40% used.
Every VMclient got 1cpu2cores+2GbRaM setup. If i check processed i got like so DB.exe got most CPU time (40-70%).
Here I got another comp with 6300CoreDuo & 1 DB session, so process explorer shoes almost same result :

(VM is tweaked, all unused services stopped)

I have 2 thoughts :
1) AMD cores are too weak or not optimized for DB code.
2) DB client goes wrong on my computer. Or mb it should be run with other options.

This result i got with 3-4 plugins (rep Giles ), but don't change if i uncheck all of them (so i conclude the problem is not in plugins)

Can anybody give me any advise with that CPU trouble?

Same setup, I can only get ~10 running stable, maybe 11, I have 12 sessions... wahhh!!
