Hello All,
A while ago I wanted to transfer my key to the account of a friend of mine.
So I asked them to move my key, which was at that time still linked to my buddyauth account (ofc), to the buddyauth account of my friend.
After a few days I got a message from the buddy support saying that the key was transfered.
Indeed the key wasn't longer on my buddyauth.
BUT, the key wasn't also on the buddyauth of my friend...
so where did it go, it disappeared?
I asked the buddy support, I gave them the key (I still had it as username at my HB client) but this is what they say:
-the key isn't linked to my buddyauth (oh really -.- )
I also asked if they could check my friends account but I didn't have any answer on that question yet.
so my key is probaly linked to no buddyauth account at all now and I can say it disappeared, or better said, robbed by the honor buddy support.
This is already going on for more than a month, please help me!
