Well i was watching closely my barb a few moments ago, and although this tittle is a bit exagurated i can safely say that almost 70% of the time when he is standing against a mob and he is not attacking.
He does manage to unleash revenge and rest of the cooldown spells right on time, but his primary attack is extremely inefficient ( we are talking about a 2 sec pause between each hit here, and this is extremely painful when u got frenzy as ur main attack). I am new to this forums and db so i might be missing some plugin, but all the plugins listed in the threads of the profiles are working and i am using belphaegor.

Also, anyone using barbs ? Watch it closely for a min, is he attacking fluently as you would by holding left mouse click (primary attack) over target, or is he also taking prolonged pause between attacks (1-2 sec) ?

edit1: As i see others experiencing this issue themselves, i would also like to share that the bot uses revenge as soon as it gets available, not a 0.5 sec later, overpower as well. I dont know what all this should mean, but i am sure it would mean something to someone that is more acquainted with the bot (and the belphegor routine ? ).

edit2: Further observation showed that when all the elite mobs around him died and only the yellow boss is alive he attack as fluently as holding the lift cick over the mob. This has something to do with the mobs that are nearby...

Though I have no log to provide, I am having similar issues with Belphegor on my monk. Even though i Spam
ProfileManager.CurrentProfile.KillMonsters = true;
It's like he has to be kick started, as soon as I attack manually/my plugin's attack methods make him attack, Belphegor engages aswell.

the user still hasn't attached a log - which it says to attach one in the sticky at the top of support

also, the user didn't post in support

This is a user issue. If he doesn't post in support - he shouldn't expect to receive said support

i've moved the thread to support for the user

Action: Thread moved to 'Demonbuddy Support'.

@ user

1) always post in support if you require staff support
2) always attach a log w/ any issue (regardless if you think you don't need to)

How To Attach A Log [Kick]

Or maybe its just that he realizes that even with a log attached, the likelihood of receiving adequate support is slim to none. There are a shit ton of people having this same issue - myself included - who have posted their logs and got no help. There comes a point where we feel like "why bother". And that's very sad.
