[Batch File] DB_Run: Command-line based Anti-Crash and Relogger

hi when i run your 2.2 DB_Run batch with the current DB 204 and using gilesstashreplacer, my guy loots every single item that drops. if i turn off your batch file and have it run by itself via just DB and D3 with gilestashreplacer it runs as intended and ignores low level items. do you know of any possible solutions?
 
Hi there, I have started useing this as I need a tool to take breaks (breaktaker dont work for me anymore)

I notice that even if it is suppose to close everything it does not do it. The window say that it has killed D3 and DB, but it is still running.

When the break is over my toons are still running, and another D3 opens causing an error:

So my toons run untill I get the disconection error and completely stops :(

Any clues?
 
i get that 2nd error when DB tries to open or close while D3 is loading, regarding the first, I would make sure the file directory for DB and D3 in your batch file are set correctly.

I still cant figure out how to fix the problem above though =/

All settings are correct. The batch file closes the second D3 fine after the 300+ seconds waiting, but the first window still runs :(

np, it seems to work for DB.199 but not DB.204, maybe its my settings but thats what i tested.
 
Hi guys,

I have fixed the problem :)


For Those Having Plugin Problems (Plugins not loading properly e.g. Giles Loot and Stasher
set PluginProblem=0 ---> 0 = disable, 1 = enable. Enable if you have problems.
set LoginScreenAppear=10 ---> The number of seconds from the opening of DB window till it starts makes the D3 authentication window appear.
set EmptyProfile=C:UsersXXXDesktopDemonbuddyProfilesempty.xml ---> Download empty.xml from the first post. Enter path of empty.xml.

Sequence:
1. D3 starts.
2. 1st DB starts.
3. 1st DB closes when D3 is logging in (in the middle of the login process) --> set LoginScreenAppear must be adjusted to allow for this. If the 1st DB closes before D3 starts logging in, increase your LoginScreenAppear value.
4. 1 minute later, 2nd DB will start (D3 should have completed it's login by this time)
5. Bot is started by 2nd DB.

Hi, I am having "Failed to parse command line argument "pid true"" message. The D3 client is frozen at the login screen. Any solution?

Tried 2.3 with Gile's stash replacer.

Shows as enabled in DB, but the bot is still picking white loot :/. Pluginproblems set to "1" with 15 second delay.
 
Why do I keep getting the Incorrect Pw message from Blizzard when it tries to load up. I am certain I have entered my Email/Pw correctly in Edit. Not sure where to go from here?
 
Hi rage,

I think I know what ur problems are. In the first post I mentioned that if your password contains an exclamation mark (!), you'll need to input it in this format inside the batch file ^^!

Eg. If your password is abcd1234! then inside the batch file you'll need put enter it this way: abcd1234^^!

Try that and lemme know if it works for you.

Hi there,

The problem that you are facing is due to the incorrect interpretation of the D3 and DB. Here's what you can do on your side:

In your demonbuddy folder, look for these 2 files: DBPID.txt and D3PID.txt.

Open them and check if there are a set of numbers in both of them. There should be some number (only) in these two files.

Delete these two files.

Then launch DB_run again.

Lemme know if you find the contents of the two files to be non-numeric.

Does D3 start to login within the 15 seconds and DB shuts down?
 
Hi guys,

I have released 2.4. I have added some delays so that the correct PIDs will be captured successfully on slower machines (like my laptop)... this will help with the incorrect PID attachments (D3 not closing etc.)

I have also uploaded a new Empty.xml (credits to Kickazz006 for his combat bot) to be used with the plugin problem. Please do not use the old empty.xml anymore.

Please test this out and let me know if it works for you.

Nope, everything works fine, even gile's replacer shows as ticked under DB. It's just not enabled somehow in game (lots of white loot)
 
What XZhenX says is what i noticed too, seems on but fails to work properly..
