How do I stop my barb from popping WoTB/EQ on non elites. using belphegors,

i've tried generic, and it won't pop WoTB/EQ at all.

on bot main screen hit "settings". under rage skill count increase it to like 100 or something. then it wont use WOTB/earthquake unless theres 100 mobs or an elite.
 
Anyone doing this with a whirlwind barb. Currently leveling up a barb and going for a more pure speed run with it. Going for a high crit, dual hand, and high movement speed barb.
 
heres my current setup and im getting really quick runs and have only died like twice in 48hrs.

i have 12% MS boots on as well.

current stats roughly:

21k dps
36k hp
8k armor
1900 LOH
28% block 2800-3800k block amount
15.6% dodge chance
700 AR unbuffed (1000+ buffed)
4% melee damage reduction (stormsheild)
5% damage reduction from elites (stormshield)
7 PR
+180% MF unbuffed from NV ( i use templar follower with just complete MF gear, he dies alot but i've noticed you still get his bonus even if he is dead lol)

not sure why, but after my barb killed boss in warriors rest, it went back to step 1, it went through all the spots it already did instead of continuing..

did you die first? i just watched the same thing happen.

i died and after it killed him it teled back to leoric manor instead of leaving
 
i think it has to do with an old ver of giles, or profile restarter. but after getting rid of both bot seems to work fine. ( btw i loved giles autostasher * waiting for update * )
 
Will this profile ever start from the last checkpoint, instead of going allllll the way back to leoric manor and rerunning all the same stuff?

i'd rather not lose 5 nv stacks because i died and have to rerun, or restart the profile because i died...
