You need to close the first subprofile, aka add another </SubProfile> after your last one.

This is for HB2. Which no longer uses meshes. You just need a profile.

You have not selected a mesh folder! Please check your settings and set a mesh folder before starting Honorbuddy. - this is what i have when trying to start
