Good or bad idea? New wow copy on banned battle.net acc?

Topic says it all.

Got banned for botting 24/7 on my main, since I got tierd of the game and d3 were released. But we all know what's happening to D3... So I wanna get back to WoW.
I sent in an appeal a few hours ago, still waiting for an answer.
If they don't unban me, would it be a wise choice to activate a new copy of WoW on my account where I got all my others games, including my banned wow account?

I wont be botting on the new account.

Well in mop achivs mounts pets are gonna be battle.net wide so even if your main acc is banned i dont think data will be deleted so if you buy a new acc you will keep all your hard work except the gear
Im not 100% sure but its atleast how i think its gonna work.

Do we know if banned accounts share mounts? It would seem like its an easy check for blizzard to check for that to see if its banned. But im not sure if they will or how that will work. If so then I have a few rare mounts I will be getting on my other accounts but if not then I will have to farm them again.
