Questing Night Elf 1 - 12 (run out to level 14 max)

Well, since it's all starting I might as well post my Questing Night Elf Profile that I made some time ago.

It's completely documented so if you need to change something or look something up it should be easy to find this inside the profile (Just open it up in Notepad++ or VS, whichever is your poison of choice).

Two questgivers are currently blacklisted as one's not reachable at this very moment (when we can navigate to him he can be removed and a few more quests will become available), and the other gives a quest that requires us to "zone out" trough the pink portal which is not possible at this point, but the questgoal shows on the map (so HB tries to walk there which is impossible).

If you need to grind a remainder of the level the hotspots are set in humanoid mobs as much as possible (for money and cloth drops).

The last part of the profile is dedicated to hand in the remainders of quests and end up in town in front of the bank (single hotspot).
This is the runout part from level 12 to 14 which doesn't have any forced quests.

If you die too often, try changing the attack levels in the subprofiles.
I've run this several times on a warrior, and died maybe 3 times up to level 12.
In combination with this profile use AutoEquip 2.0.x, eTrain, eRefreshment and eTalent (if you have no alternative) for maximum levelling power.

Remember however this profile will need updates as the capabilities of HB are also updated, but for now it should do fine.

Edit: Thanks to nuggat for noticing my stupidity with copying the faction ID's all over the place. This is corrected now. It is inevitable that it kills boars in the start area level 1 - 6, because they share the faction ID with the grells and grellkins there.

Testing it now,,, it has completed about 3 quests and is just grinding level one mobs and not handing them in.... hmmm
 
let it go for a bit. It has up to level 5/6 before it moves away from shadowglen.
 
no i meant, it has 5 quests in the log, completed 3 of them... its not handing quests in, just gringing lvl 1's
 
I just looked through the profile, wont this attack any mob when questing? lets say your moving to the spider cave wouldnt it kill the tigers and pigs on its way to the cave?

Good catch nuggat, I have to change some numbers I can see in the faction ID's.
I will return to Darnassus and update this in about 20 minutes or so ^^
 
I havent tested it so i cant tell for sure, but making more sub profiles should fix this
 
It's already fixed with faction ID's as it is now.
I've just re-uploaded the file with corrections made.
Odd looks that a level 80 is running around start area's, lol.
Many whispers "can you help me", hehe.

The hotspots that qualify in my profiles are humanoids for money loot, and those are now the grinding factions.

When attacked HB should retaliate regardless of the factionID list so moving to a hotspot should also not be an issue.
Don't think there's a need for more sub-profiles as this is a starting area and levels go fast.

I corrected the ID's for the grinding part.
A profile does not need faction ID's for the questing mobs it needs to kill, that it knows already when picking up the quests (or so I was told by Hawker).

I changed the ID's for the grinding parts so it doesn't run around killing everything, but that it goes to the intended hotspots in each subprofile.
I don't want it to kill everything, I want it to grind the designated mobs at the hotspots in the profile.

You correctly pointed out that I had too many faction ID's. I was a bit too enthusiast with copying them around.
Now I corrected it so that it grinds only that what I want it to grind.
It will kill others when attacked (at least I assume HB does that).
 
He has been killing the little imps for 3 levels now not turning in the quests on his quest log.

It's very odd, as it was doing the quests here fine (and then went to grind the imps).
Perhaps there is something changed with the released build here in relation to the handin of quests (at the end of a subprofile).
Would like to see this confirmed or denied by one of the devs if possible?
If that's the case I will have to split up the profile (and inevitably have a pure grind in the 1 - 6 part).
 
There is another issue, he picked up a quest at lvl 7 to kill some of those bear looking humanoids, and went into their camp to die over and over. I think the quest is called "The road to Darnasuss"
 
Are you running with a cloth class?
I did this with a warrior and everything went fine.
As I said in the first post, maybe 2 to 3 deaths.
 
having trouble handing in a quest. At level 3, it kind of gets confused because of its running up a tree to hand in, it actually starts running in circles trying to hand in a quest to the druid trainer. <didnt have E train installed > maybe that has something to do with it.

At level 12 (for a druid at least) when running back out of Darnassus, the bot wants to accept the donation quests, which it obviously can't as it has no wool to hand in... Blacklisting the questgiver Raedon Duskstriker, 14725 seems to solve it.

If you're having this issue, add this line to the bottom of the profile in the <BlacklistedQuestgivers> sub-section:
