It would cost way too much. For the price of something capable of running 20+ you can buy 3 or 4 systems capable of running 10 each and the hardware to control it all.
So I would suggest you go for something like:
Core i5 2500
16GB RAM
Harddisk of any size (Don't go for an SSD, it's too expensive and the bots won't notice at all)
AMD Radeon 6770 or something similar
You should be able to get one of those for about 500-700 euros and it will run 10 bots.
If you want to run 30 bots you get 3 of those systems, a decent screen, a keyboard, a mouse and a Keyboard/Mouse/Video switch. You'll be able to control all 3 systems from one screen.

i was gonna suggest the same. im gonna buy a $1600 USD computer that will probably run 10-15 bots its a bit better than the one he described (also go with AMD its alot cheaper then intel). $1600 also includes one of the most expensive cases ive found and 3 monitors. so the computer itself can probably be bought for $800-$900 and two of those will run quite a few bots for you.
that so? ive never owned an amd but ive been reading forums and watching videos and people say the high end amds are slightly better for gaming and intels better for things like photo/video/and 3d model editing.
AnandTech - Bench - CPU well i compared it with the best intel processor i found and according to that ur right it blows the amd out of the water. but that intel costs over $1000 USD and the amd costs $200 USD do you think i would be making a huge mistake getting the AMD?
But you don't need 10% faster and you don't need the features. Why 2500K? 3570K is about the same price and is 10% faster and also includes many features.
But you don't need 10% faster and you don't need the features.
In the end it's all a matter of choice. But honestly; CPU power isn't the main issue here, it's RAM. So you go for the cheapest CPU that is able to do what you want. An i5 2300 is probably more then enough in this case which would save about another 50 euros.
But you are right. A 3570 is likely a better choice than a 2500. It's about 10 euros more expensive but does gain a couple Hertzes. I would never go for the K version though since overclocking is utterly useless in this case (not to mention always risky).
well i mostly just game, was gonna start working on profiles for this and maybe get into a little 3d editing but nothing major. i was just looking at the 2500k b4 u mentioned its upgrade and that seems better than the fx 8150 and is only like $50 more expensive.
how do i limit the frames in wow? they are all at 60 fps, so is diablo. It does seem odd that you can't put much load onto it. On my i5 3570K I can get 5 wows and use 40-50% of it. Are they on low details? Also, have you tried limiting the frames in WOW to about 20/30?![]()
