RAF stays for 90 days after accepting the invite, nothing will stop that.

I don't think it really matters if everything is on 1 bnet account or not for safety. The downside for all being on 1 account is that you won't be able to sell your accounts seperatly after, but having it all on 1 account does give the benifit with 'bind to bnet account' stuff and you'll only have to worry about 1 login/pass.

The best way to get the maximum use out of the RAF bonus is to make sure every account gets the bonus. So don't Recruit 2 new accounts from 1 base account. Account A recruits account B. Then Account B recruits account C. Account C recruits account D. Account D recruits account E*. Depending on how many characters you want.
1. Log into your account at the World of Warcraft or Battle.net pages.
2. Select Recruit a Friend located under Promotions.
3. Review the 3-steps in the green boxes...
4. ? and click the CLICK HERE TO RECRUIT-A-FRIEND button to start the referral process.
5. Fill in the Recruitment Form with the necessary information and click the Submit button.
6. Check your mail and follow the instructions.
7. Start up a second WoW client and log in.

*keep in mind Acct E will not be able to grant anyone any levels
