I need to comfirm some info, about botting 5 chars in a party in dungeons only.

ok some of you may of seen my other thread last night.. can't do anything cause still waiting for my cata keys..

since I bought 5.. it triggers a verification thing requires for fraud so send of my ID etc. .just waiting now....


few things I'd like to clear, up my plan is to Raf them all

I have everything like HBkeys etc, I just need to confirm some things, when I set up my first account, do I send the email to account 2? he accepts it and creates a battlenet? or do I set up account 1 first, buy battlechest for it upgrade it, then raf account 2? etc

it gets abit confusing so not sure how to go about this.. so how many battlechests would I need? 1? is there still game time for the friend account in RAF anymore? or do I got too buy a couple battlechests? simple cause of the free time? does the battlechest still contain 30 days free? hope some people can help me out.
 
i dont think it includes free time anymore, it forced me to put a gamecard in when i made a new account last week. after i put the battlechest and wrath.

They always want some sort of payment to unlock the free month, if you look into your payment history, there should be the 30days free.
But yeah, maybe the cut it, but i dont think so tbh.

btw. Newborn, do you have 5xbattlechest keys 5x wotlk keys and 5x cata keys now?
 
I don't have the keys yet, I have paid from them and going threw secure checks I have sent off, just waiting now...

I only paid for 5 cata keys...

I wont need the wotlk, as I just have cata keys,

if I don't get the free month it's no biggy, I have just enough money to give all 5 accounts game time...

but how would I go about rafing them all


I would buy all battlechests, but want to do if I get the 30 days free when I upgrade the account with it
 
that's your problem I think, if you put wrath in you don't get the free time.

you NEED 5 battlechest and 5 wotlk Keys before you can even use your 5 Cata Keys if you want to RAF them.

don't get the point, cause everyone is telling me different things -_-...

ok how fast would leveling be in dungeons? without raf?
 
Woudnt be faster then questing imo, at least my experience.

But if you dont RAF them and only have the Cata keys, you would need 5 WOTLK Accounts to attach your keys to.

So what do you have now?
 
I thought you could just get the digital verison and upgrade full to cata with out WOTLK ETC

The cata keys are UPGRADES, you need WotLK before you can even use the cata keys. Same goes for WotLK keys, you need BC to be able to use those.

What you need to start is 5 battle chests. Link those with RAF. Read Recruit A Friend FAQ - Battle.net Support if you are still unclear about RAF. When you have these you can use dungeonbuddy to level to 70 the easy way. After 70 you'll need LK keys to get to 80 and Cata keys to get to 85.

The battle chests should come with 30 days of game time (at least they still did a few months ago and according to blizzard store they still do), none of the expansion packs do (LK, Cata, MoP).
 
OH I GOT IT NOW,

ok I see now.. sorry for being an idiot! ok so first ill do this.. ill set up 5 accounts, with the battlechest (hope ill get the 30 days free) then I can use dungeonbuddy and start leveling to 70 via dungeons, of course ill quest first till level 15, then dungeons all the way, then when I get to 70, ill buy woltk, then I have all the cata keys already.. ok I understand now!

so for rafing them, account 1,send email to account 2< accept it on account 2, and so on, and see if I upgrade to woltk once 70... do I still get the raf bonus to 80?
 
heres what you need to do, if you have all the keys, just do the battlechest keys right now. dont add wrath till your level 70, and you need to go to north-rend, that way if you get banned you still have those keys. same with cata, dont add the keys to the account till you reach 80 and need to do the last 5 levels.
 
chances of ban are low I take it since ill be in a dungeon.

but if I upgrade to wrath will my raf still be on for the 90 days?

That's what I would think, unsafest would probably be getting to 15 so you can start running dungeons. I'd suggest starting goblins or worgens and always supervise the bot questing, but you won't be able to make goblins or worgen if you don't have Cata. Personally I like those better because your whole starting area is phased and you'll be 15 when you get out (with RAF).
 
see I gets confusing abit...

I could buy battlechests right now, get to 70, upgrade to wrath later,

but do I still get my raf for the 90 days? or when the account upgrades do I lose all the raf stuff? like triple exp etc.
 
ok, let me just make sure I understand

if I get the battlechests for all accounts, level to 70, upgrade the accounts to raf, all the accounts will still be getting the xp bonus for 90 days? then I upgrade too cata? and I will still have the 90 days of bonus?
 
You start with RAF, you don't upgrade to it. I'm fairly sure you can set up RAF with even the starter (trial) accounts, begin with that. Making a nice chain of accounts, they can all be on the same bnet account or not (just do whatever you prefer).
 
I'm not sure if you already have an account (or a friend), but if you do you can send an RAF invite to yourself with that one to set up the first new account. Even if you won't group with that one you'll still get the added benifits from it (gametime, mount, ...).
 
nono you think you misunderstood,

what I mean is whatever expansion you upgrade too, you will always have the bonus for 90 days..... like if you start of with the trial one... but then upgrade to for example BC you will still have the bonus so you don't lose it? no matter what upgrade you do? but you always keep it and the bonus for 90 days..

and you think it's safe to have it all on 1 account?
