key is not valid

I just paid for a key and when I put it in it say invalid key
can someone help me out???

Another thing to check first...
if you are copy-n-pasting the key, Windoze sometimes prepends or appends an extra space to it.
Make certain your key is 'space free' when entering into the BW Login box.

in that case he should receive and Invalid Acc Details msg

the Invalid Key msg is different

but lets see
