[A1 - Inferno] Champion-Hunting

Rad, as promised....I just sold an item on RMAH so I will be sending you and 5avage the promised donation to support your whiskey and jerky addiction. Just gotta wait for them to clear =]
 
I've been running this 24/7 for a couple of days now, and no really good items as of yet. But do remember, if a 50-100m item drops, that's the same as 5-10 days of botting sarkoth...

I also have 185% MF, but my barb does die once an hours almost.. Trying to watch him now and see what goes wrong. Mayve I do have to use the debuff-plugin.. But I can't find any better gear that's not ridiculously expensive (5-10m per piece) that's better then what i've got allready...

-edit, just saw him survive an elite pak standing in 3 arcane beams, and a tree was coming close. But he used wotb and eq and survived. I can imagine if those are on cooldown, he won't survive...

-edit, damnit, just saw him use wotb and eq on a goblin. THen he ran into savage beast goldy, which was shielded. He stood there fighting them and won, but the inactivity timer tripped?! So now the run is fucked up and I have to leave game with 5nv -_-

Will try and ajust the inactivity timer... Hopefully this will make the runs better...

Yeah, I have actually bumped up the inactivity timer to 4 since my Monk got so horrible dps at the moment.
 
One problem with the profile/plugin set I have noticed is that sometimes the char seems to completely ignore the entire drop from a champ pack. I say this because I can obviously see gold piles larger than my minimum set but everything gets ignored and the bot keeps whacking away at other things.

Overall I really enjoy the profile and will continue to use it, just wonder if there is a setting I can change for this issue I have seen.

Yeah i would like that attacking a monster and looting had the same priority, so lets say you stand close to the loot when the champ or rare drop it, then the bot will just get it and then fight on. Just as if a low HP monster would get close... This is not a huge problem because of the high lootrange the profile have. So my chars have never missed anything, atleast when ive watched them. But there still is a chance and its because DB cant loot until everything is finished, i even think that looting a shire or open a chest is higher on the priority then looting stuff from the ground.

So if you want this change, TALK TO DEVS! :)
 
Radonic i had some ideas about a plugin allowing to start the profile from the point of death... but ofc we should find someone able to code it. Could you PM me you skype contact to discuss about it?

No sry, i have nothing to do with plugins at all. You could talk to giles, hes good and he knows whats possible or not. But atm, i dont think deaths are that big of a deal. But its always good with ideas!
 
If something were to be implemented for death handling, it would be in the script and not a plugin imho.
Something along the lines of checking for the last checkpoint, then starting from a certain spot in the script.
But im sure a plugin could do it as well I guess.

Havn't found anything decent yet, been running it for roughly 30 hours on and off. Actually doing the whole run without dying maybe one out of 3 times? Just waiting for that 100mil item :).

Is anyone running more than 3 of these profiles on different accounts? any luck?
 
Just to give you guys an idea this is what my item stats are over a 9hr plus period. Kind of weird but half way though my bot stopped picking up blues for some reason. But should give you an idea about rares. I am running a Wizard with 185% MF

Wow, you're getting almost 6 ilvl63 rares per hour? My barb usually gets like 2 or less. Guess I should invest in some MF gear. What's your Wiz's DPS?

Using gilesstash replacer you just set it NOT to stash potions and you set max potions in inventory to 100.
that will make it keep your potions on you, and not to pickup more if its at 100 allready
 
When botting with this profile (as barb) it always playing like a retard with elites like standing in 50 arcane beams.. is there any behavior and if so where :) new to botting btw
 
would like to see more ppl post their rares/hour i get like 7 with 0 mf xD never thougth about that but now after seeing Gardettos with 51 rares/hour wtf :p

51 r/h is insane! post your stats please. im getting like ~17 rares with 200mf barb. dps is shit though, only 15k
 
So I have been running my Wizard build for awhile now and feel pretty good about it. Only die about once every 2 hours or so. Mostly due to shielding/frozen/molten combo right when I killed a couple tree's in the area also. This is the build I am running

Here are my stats and my Generic Routine

The Generic routine seems to work much better than Belphegor. The biggest problem is that the Generic Routine is too stupid to use health potions. But it works well. Wicked Winds does ok damage but it really shines in the fact it last 6 seconds after cast and you can have multiple going at the same time. So you are constantly getting crit procs to keep diamond skin going and your LOH at 400 is perfect. The really high overall HP is more of a safety net than anything else. Explosive Blast - Chain Reaction and Diamond Skin both don't have casting motions so they don't interrupt anything. You do need AP on crit though. I would not go below 10 at any cost but 15+ is the most optimal. I pretty much plow through everything with this.

A properly tuned Belphegor routine would make this viable for Act 3 imo. The entire build is similar to what I run on my main. With enough crit chance you can pretty perma freeze everything all the time. But currently Belphegor won't cast more than 3 Energy Twisters at a time making it worthless.

Get more damage, so the champions wont have time to put out 50 arcane beams...
