1) At the dungeon entrance (outside).
2) The first boss encounter (Baron Ashbury).
3) The third boss encounter (Commander Springvale).
b)What bot does or does not do?:
1) When running back into the dungeon entrance as a ghost, it stops short of entering the portal and gets stuck in ghost form outside indefinitely.
2) Neither the Leader or Followers loot the body.
3) When the boss (Commander Springvale) puts down a Desecration (6 yard radius totaly), the leader (and followers) run either from one side of the room to the other, or down the hallway almost the entire length (causes the tank to get hit from behind and the healer to not heal since it is running away). 100% wipe with my team in level-appropriate gear. Have to stop Leader and manually progress for the rest of the instance.
c)Penalty (death? stuck? Wipe? Kick?):
1) Stuck. Potential kick?

d)Suggested solution (If any):
1) Change waypoints.
2) Force a loot of the body.
3) Change behavior to avoid Desecration while allowing the healer to heal the group and not have line-of-sight issues or stand on top of the tank and take damage and/or die. Make the range detection less yards? From Wowhead: "Commander Springvale desecrates the ground in a 6 yard radius under a random player." 6 + 6 = 12 yard range to be safe?

During the second boss encounter (Helix Gearbreaker).
b)What bot does or does not do?:
When the boss (Helix Gearbreaker) throws down Sticky Bombs, all players will run away (sometimes indefinitely) from bombs on the ground. While this is likely the intended outcome, if there are bombs within range around a player, it will try to run away indefinitely, no longer attacking the boss. The boss dies eventually, but it could take 5 or 10 minutes, MUCH longer than actual players with level-appropriate gear.

d)Suggested solution (If any):
Change behavior avoiding Sticky Bombs. Make the range detection less yards? From Wowhead: "After six seconds if the bomb detects a nearby player within one yard, the bomb explodes. A Sticky Bomb will also self destruct and explode if it is not triggered by a player after eighteen additional seconds." 6 + 18 = 24 seconds max, 5 yard range?

1) Wall to the left of the cave you jump down immediately after Verdan the Everliving dies. (still on upper floor, does not jump down)
2) At the bottom of the cave you jump down with the water at the bottom.
3) At the last boss area (Mutanus the Devourer).
b)What bot does or does not do?:
1) [Leader] Runs into a wall immediately after Verdan the Everliving dies and does not attempt to correct the path. Will AFK out of the game. Pathing should be set to jump down the cave after the boss into the water on the lower floor - if I manually move the Leader to jump down the cave,
2) it then swims to the bottom of the water to a waypoint and sits there as well. If I manually move the Leader again, out of the water and into the tunnel, the script continues.
3) The script then moves to "Naralex" in the last room, instead of going to speak to "Disciple of Naralex" to start the event to summon the last boss.

1) Stuck. Possible kick (if playing a Tank)?

1) Change waypoints.
2) Fix water pathing.
3) Force the pathing to the start of the dungeon to talk to the NPC (Disciple of Naralex) to start the last boss event, following him (he walks slow) and killing the mobs along the way.

Throughout the water between bosses one, two and three.
b)What bot does or does not do?:
During the navigation through the dungeon, underwater combat and pathing is used/required and even with an Anti-Drown plugin enabled, the Leader/Followers do not go to the surface before dying to drowning. This could be due to running a full group solo - it may not have this issue while playing 1 account.
c)Penalty (death? stuck? Wipe? Kick?):
Death. Potential wipe? Potential kick?
d)Suggested solution (If any):
Force the use of an Anti-Drown plugin, or force a behavior to make the Leader/Follower go to the water's surface for air at 50% breath.
