LOL Banned in ~10 hours and refund by Blizzard O.O

So last night I bought 2 Blizzard accounts from my Paypal, the same paypal acc that was linked to my previously banned main account. I've been botting on a barb and a WD.
I just came back home and I see both of them were banned at around level 45-50. I log into my paypal account because I was contemplating getting a refund by "unauthorized payment" Yes I know it's fraud. But then I see this...Has anyone gotten this?

You can do a chargeback based on product not being delivered, although this has never been fought out in court.

You can infact get a refund within 7 days of purchase which is basic consumer rights (for any reason) so you didn't need to do a chargeback.

The refund is quite rare, I think this might be an automatic ban because of the fact that your account is linked to the previously banned account.

why on earth would you buy the game from blizzard website using your paypal account which was linked to a previous banned account?
buy the game somewhere else using the account and they wont be able to trace it back to you like this.

I considered that too...but then I got some feedbacks that they would not trace my paypal...I'm assuming that is why they banned me. I got a 2nd paypal up so I guess I'll probably transfer money there.
 
Ofc theyll block the acc if the money never gets through *; if that was you or a mistake doesn really matter. but you obviously got ur accs banned/frozen for not paying correctly Oo

You obviously didn't considering your original response and thinking it's "my" post. /doublefacepalm
 
It may be because when you buy it online its a digital purchase. your allowed to login to D3 immediately as soon as you register your key and from that time period after 3 days have passed your account becomes fully integrated onto battle.net. basically if you have a store copy D3 and a digital copy and you register the keys at the same time, enter a game together. you wont be able to trade together or quick join etc until the 3 days is passed on the digital copy.

You should post some legal proof of this 7 day of purchase refund you speak about. I do not think this applies to D3. The refund could easily be the way they are going to go about banning accounts less then 30 days old as well.
 
jim it depends on your country. But you can check what happened with the BF3 release where a lot of people were unhappy with the AGB's and gave the game back. It still applies for a purchase of d3

yes you wern't banned for botting your accounts were brought with paypal and the refused the transaction so you were refunded. probably realised it was linked to a previous banned account so they just declined it. sometimes takes a few days.

happened to me a few times then i just started buying RU keys.
