Hi all

My DH is almost 60, since i dont have a lot of gold to gear him for act1 champ farming i would like to farm gold untill i have some gold for decent gear.

I will probably try to farm sarkoth with the new game wait time option so i was wondering if there are ppl been doing it the past few days 24/7 and didnt get banned.

Anyway im gonna buy me a russian key and level a barb to do champ farming.

While the game delay might help a little bit to prevent getting your ass banned, that's only a very small part of it. Having the same repetitive "heat map" of key clicks is what is going to kill you. Imo, avoid sarkoth altogether if you value your account. With sarkoth, it's not an if but more of a WHEN.

I'm still botting Sarkoth using AGB with no delays.

Business as usual.

Botting 24/7 will give you ban no matter what.. but, the new version of DB looks good actually.. no one got banhammer so far :)

So will 18, 12, or even less. You might escape the ban with randomized profile switching, but there is no safe method. There will always be similarities between bots that help them detect and monitor them. I don't want to list them all to give blizz ideas, but it's likely that more than half of us are already flagged for suspicion. There are warden instabans but that doesn't seem to affect DB. It's after they monitor your account for a bit, they can verify if it's human.

Don't be greedy.(greed in this case means don't farm 24/7 for a good drop)

that's all the help you need.

Ya, sadly i can pretty much guarantee that anyone who has been doing 24/7 sarkoth since DB release hasn't lost at least one account by now.

what gets you instabanned?

I haven been getting for a single ban at all and I am will farming more than 30hrs by now

Translation: I haven't been getting a single ban at all and I had farmed for more than 30 hours by now.

btw 30h is nothing, you probably need 100h+ to be profitable, since a lot of hours is wasted on leveling the bot

you guys assuming 24/7 matters explain to everyone why someone with just 15m or 2hrs gettings banned. Please stop making assumptions and passing them off as fact.

I think what people are trying to say is that if your account gets reviewed by Blizzard and they see that it's been online 24/7, it's pretty much a guaranteed ban. If you only bot for a few hours a day and you bot safe, you may not be banned, even after a review of your account. It's all about raising as few flags as possible and looking like a real human being playing.

my personal idea is really simple:

do you use the RMAH? nasty flag with played hour/day, use of chat, games/hour, path used, mission involved in gamse etc etc
don't you use the RMAH? Good, do whatever you want.

i'm using db for 3 weeks or more, 10/12 hours per day without problems and using the same pc to give golds to my main.
But I know for sure that if I start selling golds on the RMAH wild problems will appear ;)

Maybe I'm just super lucky. I only bot my Main account, but I do between 18-22h a day (dependent on bot crashes). Sell gold on RMAH made hundreds, no ban. I also clear inferno diablo 1 to 2 times a week just to help "look" legit.

I did start using the new Demon Buddy with random games, just to be safe since it is my only account. It's cut my gold production in half =/ but rather be safe than sorry.
