Yeah so I noticed that Kane is out, was good to have you around man, you were/are great. But I would like the most current version so I can use Giles Loot Replacer..

It's not an instant ban. Seems risky atm though, that it does.

Yeah, I ran AGB yesterday for the whole day without any issues, like I have been for the past few weeks. Account still working today, but I might stop botting on it for a few days just in case.

I saw something last night where the developer for AGB has quit because he is mad at the DB guys or something... I dunno, dont hold me to that

True.
He feels he has done more work for the bot than the buddy team devs have been pushing lately, which just isn't true.
But he feels what he feels.

If he doesn't want to contribute he doesn't have to.

I can even go further and say most plugin developers have put in more effort than the actual team.
Some Plugin devs with no knowledge of the inside workings, heck in giles case even no knowledge of programming have added ALOT of features to Demonbuddy by putting in insane hours of work that someone with inside knowledge could have fixed within 10 Minutes.
For gods sake, the demonbuddy townrun is still not functional -_-

"I can guarantee you that Random Map Pathing is done already but they just cant figure out how to use it as cheap DRM." - What does that bold part even mean?

certainly have to agree, and you guys dont get a cut of the profits. guess thats always going to be the problem in a bot that is basically only as good as its community, but when the community and guys like you bust your ass to bring out awesome plugins etc and the core bot has so many issues still i can understand the frustration.

Take AGB for example, someone with actual demonbuddy knowledge would not take longer than 5 hours (Yeah not really, more like 1-2hours) to accomplish exactly the same thing while being VASTLY more stable.

I would certainly like to see more being done and I think a lot of simple things are missing (Random change profile? Just now getting a timer for runs?) but! D3 is still pretty new and I'm sure everything they do MUST be inscrutably tested to ensure it's not going to cause something that makes the bot detectable on their end. Otherwise their reputation would be ruined. They are also tied up in litigation right now as well, so that's probably taking up a lot of time.

Theyre developers not a legal team, adding new features has nothing to do with detectability of demonbuddy itself.

? It very much does. You're very talented at what you're doing Kane but there's a much bigger picture here. I'm not totally disagreeing with you either BUT these guys are in a legal battle right now that basically puts their lively-hood at stake if not taken care of correctly. That is a VERY big reason to slow down on development eg: they dont have as much time as they'd like to develop while dealing with that. They may not be THE legal team, but I assure you they're certainly a part of whatever is going on legally with DB.

Adding feature to their actual baseline program is a matter of detect-ability as well. If a new feature was to present a hole in the counter measure they use against warden it would be a VERY big deal.

@Kane49_2
Because you know exactly what every1 out of the DB Team is doing? Sorry, but I can't take you serious with an attitude like this.
