Diablo 3 And Demonbuddy crashes when clicking "start"

As the title says, my diablo and demonbuddy is crashing when i click "start".
I don't use any plugins, I run both d3 launcher, d3, and demonbuddy as admin..

I am using windows 8, but is running all 3 apps as windows 7 compability.
I tried using the Setup wizard, checking .net and c++, which gave me no errors.

You can not use Windows8 , there is no windows 8 ...

Im pretty sure you are not using windows 8...

It says that when you use an OS db doesn't "recognize". I get the same thing when I'm running off Windows Server 2008.

It should work now, if not post a log along with a description of the problem you're facing.

I can't start DB at all with my character in game, he has to be logged on and in the "menus"

otherwise DB wont start running.

i dont think that this would help him since he is on a currently unsupported OS anyways
