Dealing with mobs in boats etc?

How do you blacklist like mobs in the under part of the boats and only kill those on the top?

He targets the mobs in the boats from the outside and cant run in

CAn't hb2 fight on boats at all or do I have to hotspot inside the boat?

HE still targets the mobs from the outside

What boats are you talking about? If it's a moving boat, then no, it can't handle that. If it's an underwater boat, then it can't handle that either.

What about a stationary boat with npc's inside it a la the one at the alliance base in Borean Tundra

There are 2 floating stationary boats on Theramore Island with mobs and I think that they aren't meshed because when the bot was moving there for a quest it went underwater instead of entering the boat.

Same thing happens when behind certain objects like tents etc, just stands there.

could these be meshed then main? as they contain good gold if you can farm the parrot.
