Not sure if this will entirely work, considering you'll still get hundreds of hours/runs in while leaving it on overnight.
The only way to completely randomize your bot is to not leave it on for 24 hours. Don't leave it on for more than 6 hours. And doing different runs all the time... not just sarkoth.
EVERYTHING must be random, this is a good start though.
May i suggest a "Shuffle scripts" option, that will be much help as well.

The thing is : Maybe ( imo ) blizzard can track easy profiles such as sarkoth because the bot is going ALLWAYS to the same coordinates , for example " MoveTo questId="1" pathPrecision="10" x="764.2926" y="279.6743" z="0.1000029 " ===> Fast ban
I think we can implement some kind of randomness to those coordonates, so the bot will not follow the same pattern over and over again .
For example : " MoveTo questId="1" pathPrecision="10" x="76i.2926" y="27i.6743" z="0.1000029 " with "i" running from 3 to 8 for example

If im not completely stupid, i read somewhere that when you swap gear mid-fight stats(gf/mf) don't change - or maybe that was a theory blizzard had, not sure ^^

When bot logsout, it waits accordingly to the delay set, but sometimes it doesnt follow the XML file correctly. with other words, it resumes game from last point saved instead of resetting to desired point accordingly to my XML - i dont know why this happens :S
