So i got 3 "fresh" accounts banned today. Only hours old and somehow tied to my 2 main botting accounts.

Anyone tried to get a refund yet? Blizzard offered a 30 day refund period and this probably applies here to. In germany you also can get a refund within 2 weeks of purchase.

You commit fraud probably even in Germany, if you try and return it as unused and succeed.

Someone over on OC said they returned a number of games to real world stores, after their game accounts were banned, so if they are telling the truth, it can be done.

If I got a ban only a matter of a few days in, I'd be very tempted to return the game. I did have to return a game to Amazon, that was sold as new, and turned out to have been used and bound to an account (BF3). Amazon gave me no problems what-so-ever.

GO ahead and dispute with your CC or paypal. You got nothing to loose.

Wow. Kinda a dick maneuver to return a banned account. Someone will be pretty pissed when they buy it and have to deal with the hassle of hours w/ customer service. I prefer victim-less shenanigans myself.

Also, if it is tied to your paypal account, they could get you for fraud. Not likely that they would pursue it, but I figure a good rule of thumb is to avoid putting your nuts on the chopping block whenever possible. I'm kinda curious as to your theory regarding what they used to link it to your bots. I know it wont be gospel, and won't hold you to it, but the more info we have regarding bans the better!

as long as it's marked as "used" then sell it to amazon
