So i used a famous *v p n* service to bot and play my accounts. Just it appears to me that they automatically banned based just on this IP address. Otherwise i cannot explain how they managed to ban my 3 new accounts which are just hours old.

Your Mac address and SID are same even when you use ***.

So you mean they ban based on SID and/or MAC address - not IP?

But if true there are a lot of people who might use 1 computer to play the game (Internet cafe etc).

And you wouldn't find bots on those pcs lol...

They wont be just blindly banning. They must be looking at logs, reports, flags, trades etc, etc.
BTW who bots from Internet Cafe's?

PS: all ban related discussion should go in the ban report forum.

Sorry but this is just your opinion and a very weak argument. How did you know that internet cafe owners do not run a bot farm? I would assume that they are key bot farmers ... just my opinion.

No they don't because all my 6 accounts got banned within the same time, suggesting they banned based on a pre assumption.

Maybe they got banned too. They might not have posted in our forums yet.

Even though, if you use same VP* like others and you all ride on the same IP - blizzard might check accounts if a lot coming from the same IP. So it makes them paying attention to people from one IP - not banning them because its one IP.

What if they have a different team who does the findings and researching and then forward it to the GM team to process the ban? Thats how you will see bans on all accounts at the same time.

Yeah sure :)
They also have a task force which sneaks up your home address, to be 100% sure ofc.

You can give 100 reasons to comfort yourself after a ban and make numerous theories out of it. But the truth will always be there unchanged - "MY ACCOUNTS ARE BANNED".

The question is IF Blizzard uses unlawful ways to sneak up us botters.

Here a user reports that he got told, they found a 3rd party program on his computer

Which means that DB is detectable. Which means that Blizzard is breaking the law when reading your computers process list.

And how will you prove that Blizz is reading process list?

If DB was detectable you would have seen hundreds of accounts being banned.

If you read the ban forum - there are hundreds of accounts banned.

Not saying its detectable but refer yourself to the ban forums sir there are a few hundred accounts banned in the last week.

Still the numbers are a very small fractions of all the DB users.

And you are who to judge this? Do you keep track of the numbers?

MOST people will not even bother to post in the forum. There are 129 ban reports some with over 20 bots....

If you take time to read the sticky thread in the ban report section. You will come to know as well.

Well we can all assume a bunch of people banned never post on the forums here. There is something seriously going on you don't get this many people unless something we're all doing is detectable.
