If true then Blizzard's ban algorytheme is not working. Because they can not ban acc for using same ip.

Nope, no emails from them yet. main and bot accounts.

Still contemplating if i should call in/ email them in hopes of reviving 1 or 2 accounts lol
 
Everyone please make a thread in the ban reports subforum... use the form in the sticky... it will make it easier for all of us to figure out what's going on. Thanks. I've personally lost my last 2 accounts today, and several over the past week, you can see my thread in that subforum.

What If I like to always play at a gaming cafe, and I know the guys that work there and they bot, and they every now and then play with me and give me some gold and we play legitimatly together as well

what I get banned coz I didnt know something?

Its like getting charged for buying a stolen car that you didnt know of, you bought the car that was stolen from someone else, you go to jail

Yup, its retarded. Just like how they banned my elder bro just because he received gold from me on several occassions ranging from 10-20m at a time.
 
alright, so the rest of my accounts got hammered aswell.. good thing i made some money out of this while it lasted. i wonder how im supposed to get a new paypal to run another rmah.. :o
 
Because blizz are being trigger happy morons, and just banning any account that has a friend or played with another account that has botted wether you know or not. Has kind of made me thinking its time to just give up

I dont give a shit if my bot accounts get baned

I do though if my main does which is my baby

I really did not expect them to be this blunt and "guess" that they would ban accounts that had not botted at all

the problem is

they can do it, their TOS and us clicking agree says that they can close accounts if they wish to for whatever reason

its very unethical but they can

not saying im innocent

but what if my bro or friend came over my place and we played d3 together and he gets banned, and he didnt know

that is very wrong
 
One thing that makes this different from wow, is no monthly subscription. No reason for them whatsoever not to just associate accounts and ban them. They already got your money for the key. Crappy situation though. Ive only botted to level toons so far, so hopefully they are tracking gold accumulation :P Good luck!
 
There is always a possible ban hammer on the way. While alerting people is nice, I doubt it will save you if you decide to stop botting right this second.

Well there is the chance that they do manual check ups from time to time.

ONly because they write "whatever" into their EULA or TOS doesn't make it right.

In the EU they just ruled that you are allowed to re-SELL a game. Im pretty sure the Bizzare TOS/EULA states that this is not allowed.

EULAs do not replace law. You purchased a product while they can deny service for violating the TOS they would be crossing the legal line if they did it for no reason at all. Simple fact is they need a reason they can however say any reason they want because no one here is gonna sue them over it.

All these bans did you guys use *** for all the accounts or were they all hosted on the same IP address?
