Making a second paypal

Hey guys so I am now going in for round two after all bots and main got banned. Doing it right this time with V P N, vmware, reset my hardware ID etc. Only thing that remains is linking the paypal account, but I do NOT want to link to my initial banned main account as that might get the new accounts flagged. So basically I made a new paypal that I just want to funnel money to my real account with, but unfortunately paypal has an immediate zero limit on sending money from an account until you link it to a credit card or bank account (which I cannot link it to mine as they only allow you to have 1 paypal account linked to one card/bank).

Anyways was hoping not to go to whole effort of getting a new bank account, which I think paypal will STILL see as me anyways and deny my account. Anyways I would appreciate a little advice from someone with experience doing this. A lot of conflicting info out there on the internetz and I want to be careful because I know paypal will freeze an account if they think you are up to something.

Create an account for a relative of you - who have actual CC. And link his/her CC to the fresh Paypal, even without verification passed for the card, so you dont need to actually withdraw off this account. The Paypal had Limit of 0 for withdraw (of course) and limits of $500 for sending money / ~$1000 for receiving.
Then just send all the Blizzard cash as gift to your account. And profit till you launder $500, then I guess you could afford second CC :D
That way Blizzard cannot dispute/charge-back funds off empty Paypal too.
 
Seriously why do you need to link your PayPal to bnet account? RMAH?
 
Since last week, when I got scammed for my "hard earned" 25m, I stick to RMAH. Getting same final price per million as with private buyers.

Ahh, unfortunately I only have one living relative and he already has a paypal accnt. Thanks for the tip tho. I am wracking my brain for a second option, even thinking about opting for the paypal business as you can have 1 personal and 1 business. I have heard rumors you can link a pre-paid gift card that has direct deposit option to a paypal accnt, at least you COULD a couple years ago, not sure if they have changed that. Can anyone confirm/deny this? I might just go down to walgreens and give it a shot. Will post back here if it works.

Just link the funds to your relative, if he is fine with that, and he will send you back the earned $?

Well the problem is he plays D3 legitly, and has already linked his paypal account, and I in no way would want to risk getting him in hot water with Blizzard because of my shenanigans
 
Well you can just change/add another email to your banned paypal. That might get them off the trail.

Thats actually a really good idea, definitely a worst case scenario situation but better than nothing. Thanks!
 
Get a virtual credit card / prepaid debit card from stores.

Doing this will still display your main email when linking to bnet account. I did this when setting up rmah on my 2nd account, it still showed and used my main email. Oh wells it's working atleast.

you can change your main email on paypal.
 
Among the data exchanged with Bizzare, there is your PayPal address...
