What is more profitable, Farming act 1 elites or act 2 goblins with high mf gear?
 
Didn't they nerf goblins? I used to run act 2 gnomes before DB and saw a dramatic decrease in the quality of gear after it became popular.
 
ive made over 500 bucks doing Goblins in act 2 road to alcarnis and ancient path. with about 300 mf

Goblins no longer benefit from MF% gear as of 1.03.

Magic find, is used for killing mobs, and as i dont see a goblin being a chest. and somewhat hard to kill, i would think it would work..not that what i think is what blizzard has done lol. Link would be nice

this is totaly false. MF gear does still apply to goblins. i get at least 2 rares every kill with my MF gear on. and yes i am using a barb WoTB Charge. I also use a macro to switch to MF gear just before the goblin dies. i do this farming by hand with my main.
 
Whats more profitable then? Going act 1 small route with valor buffs or goblin farming?
 
I rarely PLAY this game anymore. When I do, I farm A2 goblins on my 250MF Demon Hunter. I can go hours without getting anything worth more than 500k.

Usually before that point I get bored and assume that maybe goblins arent better than farming and I go back and get 5 stacks and clear all of Act 1, every single waypoint I can find. 2hours later I have no good drops to show from that either and I just conclude that RNG wins again. Yesterday I got a revenant bow with 250dex, 200vitality, 59crit damage, 850 LOH in Act 1 NV farming. It rolled all those good stats but it did not roll +%dmg so it had 750dps, no socket, so it was shit. Rage quit.

My best drop that sold on RMAH came from A2 goblins. 40MF amulet with 9%iAS and 200dex, 40resist all, 40phys resist.

Usually after about 15 goblin reloads of shit drops I restart computer back into Windows mode (I play in Mac mode on a bootcamped Mac) and turn the bot back on and go do something that doesnt make me want to beat my head against the wall.
 
Was thinking of using DB profiles for farming act 1 and goblins. Which one would be more profitable then?
