Since it's not a ban I didn't think I should post this in that section. If it's in the wrong section, I apologize. I checked my bot today and saw that it says i got banned or at least that's what I thought when I tried to relog, but this was not the case. I checked the e-mail that my account was registered with to see what was going on. I found out my account has been suspended because of spam. My offence was spam.

This category includes:
* Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish.
* Saying the same phrase more than once in a period of 30 seconds.

There were like 6 emails. It started off with 1 hour chat communication suspension to 6 hour chat suspension and it ended up at 24 hour account suspension. The past 2 days I've been using Carguy's DH sakaroth profile. Plugins are EMC behavior and NotificationOKplugin. When i saw the bot a couple of times while it was running, i didn't see it type anything ;S. I don't know how, but apparently it seems like it was spamming the chat. I have no idea how or if this was the case, but this is the reason for the suspension. If someone can clear my confusion as to why this happened and how I can prevent it in the future, I'll appreciate it. Doesn't seem like anyone else has posted similar threads so I'm assuming it's a problem at my end. My DB version is latest since we have the option to auto update it when we launch it.

somebody hacked your account..... chinese are gold spamming on it. most likely. change password. leave chat channels. etc

no idea what yr trying to say. I don't know which channel was spammed. Im guessing its the general chat

Somebody is right clicking on his name in the Chat Channel/Friends List/Recently Played List and spamming "Report Spam" because that guy knows he's botting > 12/7.

Interesting. I didn't know i could get suspended on chat spamming if someone else is reporting. Is there a way to remove myself from their list? i can remove them from friends list, but will i be gone from their list as well as their recently played list? And i wanna be sure this is the problem before I start thinking I solved the problem but it hasn't been solved yet. Thx for yr help

That makes 0 sense. How can somebody right clicking a name get the other person banned for chat spamming... That in itself is gibberish

If I am not mistaken, someone posted a guide on how to get rid of all activity/friends on the list somewhere around here... Do a search for it. (It was something like disabling your battle tag and re-enable or something... I don't remember.)

Ummmmmm....have you ever seen the button that says "Report" when you right click on their screen name?! Wow Mr. 98 billion gold.

i think he meant that u cant report somebody for botting and get their account suspended for chat spamming. It doesn't make sense. I kind of believe this too cuz well reporting for bot and getting suspended for something else is awkward. Anyways what i think doesnt matter as long as someone knows what exactly is going on. Hopefully someone can help me out. I don't wanna start botting when my suspension is over and next time i get banned for chat spamming ;S.

Check if it is us or eu where the email links lead to.

For me it was US. battle.net and indeed my account was compromised somehow, but obviously they didn't know the security question so they couldn't log on EU where I play so they made a char on US and spammed with it.

ahh i c. It mite be compromised. Ok i'll check when my suspension is over.

I'll let ppl know if that was really the case when i find out.

You can either check or just ask the support if it was compromised.

I think i have the same problem u did. Except the person logged in from europe and i log in from US. Anyways, how did u solve your problem? Did u just change your password and everything was good?
