[Plugin] Giles Stash & Loot Rule Replacer

Put iLvL 61 => Stash 1
Put iLvL 62 => Stash 2
Put iLvL 63 => Stash 3

If full => stash on a free stash starting bottom

Possible?

(I know your loot rules are nice, but i wanna have more items but dont wanna sort them by myself^^)
 
just used for about a day. there must be something wrong, because i didn't even end up with an entire stack of essence. your v3 loot profile by itself gave me many stacks.

Make sure you have my plugin enabled. Check the config and make sure you haven't set the required scores too high (I use 70k weapons, 15k armour 15k jewelry - try 12k armour 12k jewelry 65k weapons if you want a few more things of lower-grade in your stash). And make sure DB is actually set to use one of the three provided loot rules on the first post (use the ilvl 61 rules to get more inferno craft mats). If you just want loads of mats, you can edit the 61 loot rules and change this in the pickup category (top/first category);

thanks this was probably the problem.

btw, i'm using agb 0.3.3 with this plugin, so if anyone wants to use agb, use 0.3.3. kane didn't add his town run with that version.

Hi there! im using this great plugin but it stops moving and starts idle all the time.. any idea?? i restarted several times

That's not this plugin. That's DemonBuddy nav-server/your routine. This plugin doesn't control movement or item pickups. Only the stashing section of DB's "town-run" routine.

I can't understand why you made your lootrules in such way that bot doesn't pick up loot with ilvl 51-58??? IT is huge amount of gold, all these things you can sell to vendor, but using your rules bot just skips these items. Can't see logic to skip free gold...

Picking up an item takes long, you make more money making more runs.
 
what? items lay down near gold... don't see any problems in picking up them :) So he skips items which could be sold to vendor or salvaged. IT's my opinion, but it's stupid. Skipping these loot will give you an extra 1-2second...

^^ Exactly what Kane says. Picking up those low items worth no more than a pocketful of loose change is pointless - your stash will be flooded very quickly with absolute trash causing lots of (very time consuming) town-runs. Have faith! ;)
 
The way I see it, the more times I have to go to town and stash/salvage/vendor the less time I am out hoping to get that perfectly rolled item.

v1.1 uploaded:
-- Plugin now logs all valuable items stashed to logfiles in the plugin directory (logged on stash, not pickup!).
-- Tidied up stash code, should stop a couple of (rare) stash errors.
-- The sliders in the config window now act more sensibly when sliding values.
-- Fixed a minor error creating blank config files when running for first time.
-- Default score-keep value for jewelry now lowered to 13500 (from 15000).
-- Other minor tweaks to hopefully reduce DB default item-handling/item-stashing code.

Maybe there needs to be some kind of adjusted beta for items with multiple good stats?

I don't know what an "adjusted beta" is, this isn't a professional development team with a development cycle, it's just me with a plugin I made and released, and now with an update with a few improvements. I'm just a regular user like you, I don't have beta-testers or a quality assurance team... well I do... it's you guys! :D

Jokes about beta-comments aside, I definitely need more feedback on these sorts of combos - as my next addition is adding multipliers for paired/tripletted stats of certain valuable combinations (eg crit hit chance paired with crit hit damage and attack speed all combined should get a large score multiplier).

In the meantime, the scores are configurable - you can alter your required armor score to 11k and jewelry to 10k for example (values I find pretty safe for catching most decent things, but does increase the junk a bit - still much better than loot-rules that fill your backpack with everything, or loot-rules with a thousand different entries which causes DB to spaz out and ignore loads of things!). And this is why I added the "test backpack" button to the config window, to make it easy for you to configure your score limits, and for us as a combined-community to find these special combos that need to be scored much more highly in the next update! :D

haha true.

I thought your other loot rules were fine after adding a few stat combos, it's too bad demon buddy doesn't recongnize everything so we have to resort to this.

But yeah that's exactly what I mean, like a multiple for items with multiple values that are deemed useful. i.e. GF/MF/pickuprange rolled into one, things like that.

As a side note, from my previous post(you might have missed it), I had a few questions:
Would keeping things in loot rules overwrite plugin's decision to sell?
i.e. If I choose to keep all rare jewelry by including it in the loot rules, does it bypass the plugin's grading criteria?

Also, as a side inquiry, and I'm not sure if this has been asked, but does it value things with perfect stats a lot more than others?
i.e. things with 25 GF or 20MF. Which could be useful.
And some item's sale value vs stats grow exponentially if stats are combined or near perfect, I'm assuming that your algorithm adds each value together in a linear fashion? Just guessing.

Just some questions, I've been using your loot rules (with some edits customizations) since they came out; you really seem to know what plugins the community needs, thank you .

Sometime the bot's not stashing at all with a full inventory, it would just stay there and try to loot the item until it leaves the game and repeats.

Hmm definitely should not happen at all. I've tried to bypass all of DB's own item-handling bugs but DB does get very, very confused in it's stat reading of items at times. I've never seen it happen myself - I frequently get (often junk) legendary items in my stash after running for a few hours! Can you list the other plugins you had enabled? (with links if they are uncommon ones, but I know of most of the plugins out there!). Might be something causing an issue, but I expect this will just be one of those really random quirks of DB we have to live with!


Hi Giles, I'm using BuddyStats, NotificationOKClick and Ingrego's Sarkoth Farmer r50 plugins. I think this is just a Rare instance as this morning when I check again the bot is stashing the legendary items properly. I looked through the log files and attached the part where the legendary item "Blackthrone Breeches" was salvaged yesterday. It seems the item was not recognized as a legendary item at all.

Hum, since the plugin update i can not seem to be able to use this plugin with "[Act 2]Goblin Farm [Plugin] by Stove" plugin, looks like your plugin is breaking Stove's plugin.

Will test to revert back to 1.0 and see if it works.
