The title says it all , I sold some gold on the rmah 4 hours before I was banned then I was banned . I sent in a ticket and they replied with we are standing with our decisions . then a hour later some more of my gold sold on the rmah . I have not been payed for either transaction and its not even pending in my paypal.

is this illegal? should I threaten legal action

it doesnt immediately show up in paypal. wait a few hours to a day then cry about the legality of it

as above

also players who have had battle.net account balance have reported still being able to access it after being banned, they only ban the copy of D3 on the battle.net account, nothing else

You are qq about legality? When you broke their ToS? O.o

I don't know why doesn't just sell their own gold (assuming they aren't). They could take 100% of the profit instead of measly 15. Yeah it's shady but nothing we haven't seen from big business.

Because this would completely destroy the game and nobody would ever play.

The entire endgame is farming gold/items for the AH.

Its been Eight hours since the first transaction took place in the RMAH , Still no pending transaction in Paypal . I think they are bailing on paying ..

If you actually bothered to read the email:

Please allow up to 72 hours for the proceeds to transfer.

my transactions have all taken longer than that. are you seriously going to kick up a storm over a few dollars? grow up

Blizzard = Devil
Paypal = Devil

Therefore you are dealing with a Super Devil. :o

Then again, I remember something in their ToS that they own everything in the game, and when you connected online, you had to accept another RMAH ToS, which also said something that they own everything there too so...

Blizz owns everything, be glad they let you have some money from there stuff..

Mosaku sounds like a 10 year old -.- crying over a lost candy stick
