How Long will it take for you to Recoup your Losses/Expenses after a 100% Ban?

Basically how long will it take for you to do EVERY and ALL of the below:

1) Recovering all your expenses from buying the banned accounts/cdkeys
2) Recovering all your expenses from buying gear for the banned accounts
3) Recovering all your expenses from buying the new accounts/cdkeys
4) Recovering all your expenses from buying gear for the new accounts

Remember it is the total expenses of 1 to 4.

have 3 accounts, still not banned but waiting for it to happen. probably wont even bother buying new accounts.. gold is worth fuck all and rmah sales have dropped a lot (probably because everyones quit the boring ass game).

theyve already said that they arent going to focus on trying to balance pvp but if by some miracle pvp is quite good then rmah sales will go up again i might start again.

I strongly suggest taking a break and seeing where things go for a while. Leveling profiles have been reported banned (before even hitting 60) on quite a few accounts already doing ZK, Queen runs, and other popular profiles.

The only way anyone could convince me to bot again after what is going on right now with bans across many types/reasons would be if it was a totally custom made leveling/botting profile that was not a popular farm place. Based on all the research I've done today; they are simply checking popular farm locations and banning people who do bot-like activity on those popular leveling/farm spots. Accounts banned before even hitting 60 with leveling profiles and quite a few accts banned doing sark with less than 10M gold gathered is a HUGE red flag to put d3 botting on hold entirely.

If I were you guys I would hold onto your gear/gold for a week or two and watch the prices rise before cashing out. -- That's what I'm doing with my remaining ~bil worth of gold/gear.

dude, you're way off on the cost for 200 GF gear. You only need a 25% blue gf ammy, an emerald socketed helm and then 15% GF on your other 10 items. 15% GF gear does not cost 2M a slot. That doesn't even count templar or ferrets.

I'm bored so experiment time. I put in the 3 preferred stat values for each item into the AH and sort the results by buyout. Here is the price of each item based on the buyout cost of the first item from the 4th page of results (to account for your hypothetical inflation).

I geared 5 DHs up for 12m each and all 5 had 300 GF one had 290GF 200 MF. Your numbers are WAY OFF.

Making your money back or this being worth it anymore depends 100% on how long you can bot without getting banned. At .5 per m which is half of what you can get right now its 10 days BUT if you take the gold and use the RMAH on a clean account you can make it faster. Buy a 1k dam 1h with a socket for 20-35m sell it for 75$ Ive sold a dozen of them in the last week for this price they sell fast. Assuming it takes 3 days to get 36m gold you make the money for the account back in as little as 3 days of full botting and 1 day to level.
