How do you sell gold safely?

In WoW the bans came (for me) only after I traded gold to a level 1 chinese account.

Is there a big risk of selling gold to people in D3? How do you stay safe when selling?

I'm talking about staying safe from Blizzard, not worrying about being scammed by dickheads pulling chargebacks and what not.

There is no good way. Either way it is tracked there are 2 ways to transfer gold. Via ah or via direct trade and both is probably logged.

Dedicate a copy of D3 to laundering/trading gold... Purchase your own item through the AH, or just put gold on the dummy account prior to a trade... You shouldn't be selling in higher quantities of 30-40 million at a time to lower the possibility of a charge-back.
