A good fishing + cooking profile for alliance?

As the name suggests im looking for a good fishing and cooking profile for alliance. Iv searched the forums and cannot seem to find one. Any help would be appreciated

My apologies, i didnt see it lol. Or if i did, the name put me off as it suggests it only takes you to 150 when it actually takes you to 525. Anyhow, cheers mate
