you cant, not without writing a lot of custom code, most CC's wont willingly attack your own faction even if it is attack-able.

I saw a video of ZeHunter(the cc im using) dueling people.

I was able to do it with ShamWow too. Just pick CombatBot, start the duel and click Start. You may have to do /startattack yourself, but after that it should start (Depending on your CC)
