Could use help: How-to get started.

Hello BuddyForum.

I haven't been botting for a fair amount of times, and honesly, I've gotten rusty, eventhough I haven't been good at it at any time.
I know botting should ease the pain from my shoulders, but it has been quite painfull to get started on my own again.

First off, I started with completely updating my HonorBuddy version, to the latest release.
Second, I updated my Kick's Profiles from the SVN Trunk.
Third, I took a quick look at my olds posts, to be sure how do get it working.

But the thing is, I don't find it easy at all, and now you might think; "Then quit botting!" ^^,
I think I could learn something from the guys here, who obviously does something right, with they plenty high levels with great stuff on their chars.

So I was thinking: Would any of you guys be able to tell me (maybe link) to some great CCs, Profiles for leveling, Plugins and more which would be a great start for leveling some characters?
It's not like I don't know how to find it, more because I think maybe I do something wrong. Maybe with the settings when bot is running etc.

Any answers are appreciated!

It would help allot of you could tell us what the issue is :P
Are you getting any errors?

If you want me to help you find CCs etc i need to know what class you are leveling, and what the purpose for the account is going to be.
 
Id like to tell you an issue i got:

Im startin Honorbuddy and it tells me that im not using the right version of either HB or WoW - it says: "HB is for version #15595 and your version is #15595". I restartet everything and i already reinstalled HB with no help...
Anyone able to help or find a Solution?

I assume thats just a minor bug. It doesnt influense the preformence of the bot in any way. If you want to make SURE that youre using the latest version, just download it here from the website Honorbuddy 2.0.0.5951 - Downloads - Home of the Buddy Bots - Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy, Demonbuddy, Buddy Wing, Tankleader

First, I'd like to say sorry for the late reply. Issues in real life, made if difficult for me to get back on the PC.

1) I'd like to level a Paladin. But I haven't started on it yet, so - I am still learning the tricks about HB.
2) About the logs, I haven't issued a problem, that I couldn't get help from one of my Buddies in real life, but of course, I'll post a logfile whenever I issue a trouble.

Anyway - I might've not been clear in my head, when I made this topic. So, maybe it should be closed. But of course, I just saw some basic-guides on how-to get started, which made a good POV for me, on how to setup this HB and make it advance in skills and levels :)

But if I should have any help at all - Apart from this topic, I will of course come back, and ask for further assistace. At the moment, I am just checking out threads with Profiles, CCs and Plugins.
