My character is level 41 and the quests I have in my questlog are:

http://www.wowhead.com/quest=11159 - Red 35 level 41

Tried clean installs and still didn't solve, tried switching range to all possible numbers and still doesnt work.

All the quests you supplied are not possible with HB as they require to use an item to complete the objective. Which is not possible atm in my experience.

So maybe HB blacklist them automatically?

And there's one that doesnt require using an item the last one you only need to "loot" bones that are on the ground, when you do that it spawns a mob, you kill the mob and its done, repeat 10 times.

Hmm, not sure about that one, maybe a Mod could help us out?

I tested out the questing feature until this happened to me and that is when I stopped testing it. I figure no reason to spend too much time troubleshooting it when it is basically in apha still.

I think its running very descently, its just when it runs out of quests to do when you have to go back to grinding.
