Level quicker?

I'm trying to get my first 80 which is a rogue. He is level 51 and im grinding on him and i was wondering how to people level there chars so fast right now im leveling SO slow on monsters that are yellow and red. I'm using the spiritlash beach 50-55 profile with a CC and its not going any faster im leveling like 1-2 times a day.
 
Dying a lot? Lots of downtime due to low health?

Not really i have 2.4k health maybe i have to eat a lot but i have lots of food.
 
Spec is important make sure your rogue is correctly specced additionally make sure you train up every couple of levels and make sure the gear he has is okay aswell. Also make sure you have poisons. And asoon as you can start doing mixed-av you get a ton of xp from that aswell.
 
rogues are very slow for leveling in my experience

i did it on my main account by hand (right after leveling a pala)

it really sucked !
 
Not trying to thread jack but what about Priests? My priest is level 26 and it take 3-4hrs per level (just grinding...no mixed PvP). Currently using Bliiks 1-60 horde profile.

Yeah i hear priests are the worst =( sounds like rogues are pretty bad too.

Generally its more efficient to level on mobs 1-3 levels below you, not above you.

Still pure grinding has never been a fast way to level, just a way to level while sleeping/working/out.
 
Yes, Priests and Rogues are no-goes. Also, stay up on Gear, and Glyphs, even though they are not much more important, they will help. Spec is a must when botting, always try to go for faster damage, and less downtime and you should soar by mobs like nothing.

since ur 51
do pvp / level bot under the drop down menu hit mixed mode
and hit settings and choose alterac valley
u will level up very easily while getting honor for gear when you hit 80 gl on ur character
it should take a week or week1/2 after that to hit 80 if ques are nice
 
Does going mixed mode put you at more of a risk for being reported? Seeing as you're botting with live players all around you...
 
But in the end its much better if you survive through to 80.
