Priest RaF dungeon grind question

I wanna instance grind it out with a Druid tank and a priest healer. I was thinking that I've seen things for the priest to heal parties with an empty profile but I was wondering with the new stable hb would this be possible?

RAF don't work with the new stable release.

Raf & Questing is removed in the stable release, but the Beta ones have it.

then even so with the betas would this be possible to do? >.> or if anything set it on healbot mode andautofollow
