Actually emails often don't arrive until like 24 hours later.
RMAH sales get reviewed... sure it could be automated, but if not and they decide to inquire about an account with a reasonable number of transactions "500,000,000" gold picked up with 300 hours of game-play wouldn't look legit.
Edit: ...I wouldn't sell gold/items off a boting account for the same reason, anyone can view your profile. Maybe someone with animosity towards bots (and you making money) or a false sense of rivalry will take it upon themselves to report you. Always launder your trades through safe accounts.

24/7 since 5 days. No Ban, they're still farming. So, bullshit!
Bot is not detected, otherwise it wouldn't be so few getting banned.
I bet that all those ppl getting banned, either used some other form of hack/bot together with DB, or used RMAH.
If you bot, stay as incognito as you can with them. Trade everything to safe accs, if u want to sell more than 10 items at a time.
It's not actually a ban wave though. Only a handful of people have reported bans this far. I think 7 in total since DB release though more like 25 accounts. More likely then not bans are a result of them doing something easily detectable

such a useless comment. there is clearly no "right way" to bot because there is always something you do that is detectable. Like trying to max gph and skipping items dumb fast. Just do what make you happy.

It's not dumb, it's a different style of botting.
You can go slow and steady, and bet on your luck that you won't get banned, or you can just go all out and make enough money so that it doesn't matter if you're banned or not. I don't see anyone who's been doing 24/7 complain about getting banned. They're simply notifying the community that they got hit with the hammer.
I bot from 10.06 till now 24/7 and no ban yet. (3 accs)
