What gpu would you recommend for pure botting purposes?

Ty for the response, which video card would I want to run 10 bots.

get two 128gb oc vertex ssd's from newegg or a 240gb one, should run 15 d3's / dbs with os no problem

my I7-2700k runs 6 d3 at 60-90% load, so how can a 3570k do 15 copies?

Its a new generation CPU. I have an I7 930 in one of my PCs it can run 6 with 50% load using innerspace to shrink them to 200,150.

GPU wise Geforce 480 GTX its only $199 and ignore the people who say it overheats install the nvidia system tools software and speed fan and pump the GPU fan to 65% it wont ever go above 65C if it does go up 5-10% more it wont hurt the card.

keep the PSU in mind when picking your GPU the 480 GTX requires 600-650 Watts the thing is HUGE and the fan at 100% is like 5k RPM so its loud, but mine is never at 100% its not needed max temp is 105C i don't go over 65C

Upgrade the ram to 32 GBs from newegg it cost what 200$ ?

Get an SSD its only 100$ and worth it. IF you use innerspace with isboxer you only need 1 D3 installed.

Never ever.

Shrinking the game doesnt affect CPU load. Also the new generation Ivy Bridge is not really faster than Sandy Bridge. Also, the GTX 480 uses 250 Watts MAXIMUM if you look at nvidia specs. Also, it has only a 6-Pin and a 8-Pin connector. 6-Pin can deliver 75W, 8-Pin 150W, and the Slot 75W. Where you got those 650 Watts from, Kid?

Don't go with those old shit GFX cards at all. If your electricity cost are similar to those in germany, you have to take power consumption into account.

lol wait... let me get this staight... you bought an I7 930 that has one of the worst performance for its price. Not to mention that my 2700 has around twice the performance of a 930 in benchmark test.

Another note, the 480 gtx consumes around 250w at most if im not wrong, hell even the 7970 consumes around 350w at max load... so may i know how did u come across the info that 480gtx requires 600-650w?

Oh wait you ALSO STATED upgrade the ram to 32gb? lol seriously what are u smoking when you posted all these infos?

I am running 2 machines both an X58 setup. (i7 920 D0 and an i7 950) ... I use 12gb of ram on each machine and a single GTX 580 3GB for each as well. Currently I am running 8 bots on one machine and 7 on the other. I am pushing around 65-79% on both and can probably load up another 2-3 bots without problems. You don't need to buy 32GB of ram, the guy who said that needs to stay away from giving advice before he makes someone go waste money on unnecessary components. if you are trying to run 6 bots then any older model i7 processor will work for you, in fact.....1366 i7's are still over kill for just 6 bots. you can easily do 8-10 on those smoothly. you only need 12 GB of ram also. Your CPU usage will top out before your ram can even hit full load on 12 GB.

I would recommend finding a deal on a X58 combo, grabbing a 120GB SSD and powerful enough video card like a GTX 460 + . . . . and you will be smooth sailing. There is no need to go Z77 or ivy bridge .. unless of course you are building this machine not only for botting. I have attached a picture to give you an idea of the actual usage you are going to be looking at when running 6 bots. I am running 7 on the screen shot and look at the ram usage ..... 32? don't even think about it.
