Well, it was hitting me today... We all farm sarkoth, hours after hours. We ensure that theres more then 1 million games created on same checkpoint and same boss is killed. Pretty much same spells used, and same paths taken.

Isnt this a bit risky looking for the safty of all botters ?

Im crap really at creating profiles, and wish i could do so. But really, there must be something els we can swap to farm that gives just as good. Maybe some of the pro?s should start looking at possible areas they could create profiles for?

I really think that would be the best for all of us, couse blizzard could be ass enough to ban all that has this pattern.

What do you think?

Botting is no different than anything else in life. One will find what works best, many will find ways to exploit it, the rest will sheep along until something better is found. I don't think sarkoth is anything new in this regard.

Same spells? My bot uses every one of my abilities (all 6). I've got it tweaked to look JUST LIKE I'm playing it. In fact when I'm at home I farm Sark myself. There is no reason not to (bot or no) there is just to much gold he drops (6-10k).

legit players farm sarkoth too, with pretty much the same spells (i.e. vault, cluster bear arrow etc for DH). so they gonna ban legit players because they use the same skills?

Show me a legit player farming non-stop for 24+ hours and doing it for 80+ hours in a week.

when you farm sark it is single player they have NO FUCKING WAY OF MONITORING IT, in wow other people can /follow your char while you go mine/herb nodes and report you to gm...but this has literally and i mean literally no fucking risk you paranoid idiot

Dude you have absolutely no concept of the existence of datamining. Do you realize that in multiple posts, Bashiok was able to give statistics about where players were in the game, most/least used skills, most played class etc etc etc. You realize this can be done VERY easily. I could code it myself and have this info plugged into an excel spreadsheet and then sort the spread sheet to find who plays 24 hr/day, most gold etc. This game is NOT the same as D2. My cousin works for Blizzard and he has informed me there are two totally different teams that monitor and ban players, and they use totally different systems. You are very simple minded if you just blindly assume methods from one game carry over to another. You think they use the same methods in starcraft?

That being said the reason they haven't banned us all is sheer numbers and legality. They have to either catch us with a program to warrant an autoban (detection), otherwise it has to be approved by a person, at which point it's just a numbers game of who is banned and who isn't. There have already been 6 DB members saying they have been banned (using db only), which means the true number is probably 10 times that, which is still not a lot. That being said, we haven't seen a banwave yet (don't try to tell me those little piddly two they did count), but when we do, these forums will be flooded with people saying how they got banned. Honestly, I dont give a fuck, I knew the risks, and I accept the consequences.

There is a huge difference between knowing that some1 bots and proving it.

A company of gamers, it's one of the best farm spots in the game. At least that'll be my excuse when I get banned lol.

There's no difference being a justifiable ban and an unjustifiable ban, since according to TOS/EULA you can't sue Blizzard even if they did you wrong/harm.

So you put only 1 DB Window per HardwareID? As in 1 DB per PC/VM?

It's impossible to explain how you can have 10 gamers simultaneously on the same PC.

Otherwise, you can claim that you "work" for Team Nolife, Kripparian and AtheneLoL.

There is a huge difference between needing proof and simply saying "Here's the EULA, now you're banned".

Blizzard dont have any problem with just banning people. My account got locked just because i used a different pc to log into my account.I had no mail whatsoever.

My friend also got his account banned because his visa card linked to his account expired.
