3rd one is not the charm

Okay so ive been running multiple bots on 2 different PC's. 2 on one and 2 on another. Ive been trying to get all 3 on one PC but it just doesnt seem to work.
The first 2 Diablo 3's load up just fine, and then the third one doesnt even get to the main screen. It launches the little D3 logo and then crashes after that.

I have 3 different Diablo 3 folders.
I edited .agent.db to "supports_multibox" : true,
I even tried deleting the Agent folder in Battle.net

Can someone enlighten me here? im out of ideas
 
isboxer is a way around that, i'm running 4 on 1 PC with isboxer.. you need to pay for it though considering you paid for the D3 accounts and DB sessions i think its worth it :)
 
thats one option but i consider that as my last option since theres a ton of people doing it without isboxer. i just dont know what is going on here!

I did it for a month without isboxer. Let me tell you I wish I considered using it earlier its just way more convenient 1 button loads every bot. if one crashes you simply hit that button and it loads the one that crashed.
 
well im definitely considering getting it, but mean while im trying to find out why its not working without it :s
 
I have 5 diablos on the same harddrive, but in separate folders and they are running smoothly.
I created 5x shortcuts and placed them on the desktop and added -launch after their path in properties.
 
i did exactly that and the 3rd instance always crashes, it doesnt even get to the main screen, so clueless
 
Try reinstalling the 3rd copy! I'm running 6 copies, and as far as I'm seeing my d3 starts crashing once I run my 7th :/

Edit: thats because my CPU is overloaded when I run my 7th copy...

Make 100% sure, that your 'third' install including the shortcut are indeed genuine. What you describe is exactly what happens when I start any of my 4 copies twice. The second one will take ages and eventually crash pre main screen.

it doesnt matter which one i run 3rd, it will always crash, meaning i can start each D3 in different order, and its always the 3rd one that will not load/crash
