When you get banned on World of warcraft does your battle.net account get banned?

I wanna know if you only get banned on the account you were botting on or if its your whole battle.net account so i know if i shouldnt buy another account on the same battle.net account.

2 weeks ago, i was botting 2 accounts (1 bnet) when 1 got ban they locked the entire bnet and i had to send them my id they thought i was hacked but i was using a *** and got them back np so if u want to keep an account dont bot on it on the same bnet.

They never locked my second account. All they did was banned my WoW account and I purchased a new one on the same bnet account.

Did the same over and over again. Although they know u have two accounts, sometimes they answer my tickets on the other one ;S
